Chloe and I had such a wonderful girls/cheer day. We started out bright and early and left the house around 8:30 only to return at about 4pm. The competition was at the state fair grounds. It was the longest that I've ever been away from Coop and I was a little worried. But to my delight he had a wonderful day with daddy and even took two naps!
So cheer was a blast! The older squad did the younger squad hair and make up. They practiced, stretched out and were totally excited. It was so much fun watching Chloe and her team preform! She did great flying at a couple different times in the routine and did cartwheels and back bend kick overs and all that awesome cheer stuff:)
We cheered on the other Koach teams. Ate lunch and snacks. Colored, crafted and played during the down time. And won 3rd place for their division! The team won a trophy and all the kids received medals.
I had just as much fun as Chloe! We're both looking forward to the rest of the season!
