Chloe wanted to get a new couture skirt for Emmy:) To Chloe's surprise Emmy put the skirt on and left her a thank you note. Chloe talked to Emmy more than usual and kept telling me that she has the best elf ever! She has been so happy and excited with Emmy this year, it's been really fun to watch!
